Sandwich with ham and mozzarella
Ingredients
Servings 2- 2 large slices of rustic bread
- 100 g thinly sliced ham
- 1 large ball of mozzarella
- 2 tsp basil pesto
- cherry tomatoes and basil for serving
Cooking
Step 1
Lightly toast the bread in the toaster and brush each piece on one side with pesto.
Step 2
Thinly slice the mozzarella, pat dry with paper towels and place on bread.
Step 3
Lay the ham on top of the mozzarella, drizzle with the remaining pesto and garnish with the basil. Serve with cherry tomatoes.
