Sandwich with cod and carrots
Good afternoon! I present to your attention a recipe for a sandwich with cod and carrots. Healthy and low calorie.
Ingredients
Servings 3- cod - 1 small carcass (500 g)
- bread "Bread House Hercules" - 6 pieces
- pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
- carrots - 2-3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- lemon - 1 pc.
- green parsley
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.
- rice vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- salt, black pepper, seasoning for fish
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare the products: peel and gut the fish, grate the carrots, cut the onion into cubes, cut the cucumber into slices.
Step 2
Rub the fish with spices, salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
Step 3
In a frying pan, fry onions, carrots, add vinegar and tomato paste, salt, pepper. Simmer 10 min.
Step 4
We assemble the sandwich: put a pickled cucumber on a piece of bread, baked cod fillet on top, a layer of fried carrots with onions, a whole sprig of parsley. Place the second piece of bread on the side. Decorate with lemon slices.
