Samsa with chicken

I found that samsa recipe on the Internet and fell in love. Perfect to take with you when you visit. Or vice versa, when guests come to you. Easy to eat, tasty and very beautiful! My friends and family are delighted.

Ingredients

  • flour - 250 g
  • oil - 100 g
  • chicken breast - 500 g
  • onion - 200 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • pepper - 0.5 tsp
  • egg yolk - 1 pc.
  • sesame - 1 tbsp. l.
  • water - 100 ml

Cooking

Step 1

Put flour in a bowl, grate butter (from the refrigerator) on a coarse grater. Rub it well with your hands. Then pour in cold water and quickly knead the dough. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.

Step 2

Peel the onion, chop very finely. Meat cut into small cubes. Mix everything and add salt and pepper.

Step 3

Roll the dough into a sausage and cut into 12 pieces. Knead each part with your hands Then roll into a thin circle with a diameter of about 12 cm.

Step 4

Place a large pile of filling in the middle. Raise the two edges, blind them together.

Step 5

Raise the third edge, blind. It is also good to press down the corners.

Step 6

Flip it over to make a pointed triangle. Then repeat the same for the rest of the test. Put the resulting blanks on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Step 7

Add a spoonful of water to the yolk, shake. Lubricate the blanks. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 40-50 minutes until light golden brown.
