Salmon toast with poached egg and hollandaise sauce
Ingredients
Servings 1- toast - 2 pcs.
- slightly salted salmon - 60 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- tomato - 1/2 pc.
- vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - 1 tbsp. l.
- hollandaise sauce - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Fry the toast on both sides until crispy.
Step 2
Cut half of the tomato into rings and put on toast.
Step 3
Lightly salted salmon cut into thin slices. Serve on toast.
Step 4
In 1 liter of boiling water, add 1 tbsp. l. salt and vinegar. Stir the mixture with a whisk clockwise until a funnel forms. Break a raw egg and pour it into the hole. Boil for 2 min.
Step 5
Remove the poached egg and place on top of the toast. Serve with hollandaise sauce. You can add arugula salad.
