Ingredients
Servings 4- 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
- 1 st. l. Teddy bear
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- 1 Art. l. olive oil
- ½ h. l. year
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 4 salmon fillets (no skin)
- 1 st. l. soy sauce
- 1 st. l. Teddy bear
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp lemon peel
- ½ st. pomegranate juice
Cooking
Step 1
Mix the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the salmon in it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Turn the fish from time to time.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients except for the pomegranate juice. In a saucepan over moderate heat, boil the juice to 2-3 tbsp. l.
Step 3
Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Preheat oven to 110°C. Bake salmon with sauce for 40 minutes. From time to time brush the surface of the fish with the sauce.
Step 4
Sprinkle lightly with pomegranate seeds when serving.
