Salad Yu with salmon
Ingredients
- grapefruit pulp - 65 g
- salad mix with greens (arugula, frisee, iceberg, chard leaves, corn) - 40 g
- salmon fillet or salmon sashimi - 100 g
- mango juice - 30 g
- orange juice - 30 g
- lime juice - 20 g
- sugar - 10 g
- ginger root - 10 g
- soy sauce - 20g
- dark rice vinegar - 10 g
- ground white pepper - 1 g
- olive oil - 50 g
Cooking
Step 1
Cut fresh salmon into thin slices (make sashimi).
Step 2
Prepare the dressing. Rub the ginger on a fine grater, mix all the ingredients together until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Put the salad mix on a plate, pour over the sauce. Top with grapefruit pulp and salmon.
Step 4
Garnish with lettuce.
