Salad Yu with salmon

Ingredients

  • grapefruit pulp - 65 g
  • salad mix with greens (arugula, frisee, iceberg, chard leaves, corn) - 40 g
  • salmon fillet or salmon sashimi - 100 g

  • orange juice - 30 g
  • lime juice - 20 g
  • sugar - 10 g
  • ginger root - 10 g

Cooking

Step 1

Cut fresh salmon into thin slices (make sashimi).

Step 2

Prepare the dressing. Rub the ginger on a fine grater, mix all the ingredients together until the sugar dissolves.

Step 3

Put the salad mix on a plate, pour over the sauce. Top with grapefruit pulp and salmon.

Step 4
