Salad with peaches
Ingredients
Servings 4- 2 large ripe peaches
- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 large mozzarella ball
- 4 sprigs of basil
- olive oil
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Slice the peaches and tomatoes into equal thin halves.
Step 2
Cut the mozzarella in half lengthwise and also cut into thin halves of the circles.
Step 3
Arrange the peaches, tomatoes, and mozzarella in an overlapping circle on a platter, alternating with the basil leaves. Season with salt and black pepper, drizzle with olive oil and serve.
