Salad with halibut and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • tomatoes 150 g
  • halibut cold 100 g
  • red onion 15 g
  • cilantro 2 g
  • parsley 2 g
  • dill 2 g
  • olive oil 5 g
  • lemon juice 5 g
  • salt 2 g
  • pepper 2 g

Cooking

Step 1

Cut ripe tomatoes and halibut into medium-sized pieces. Red onion in half rings, and finely chop the greens.

Step 2

Then mix all the ingredients and season with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with cilantro before serving.
