Salad with baked beets and goat cheese

- avocado 5 g
- apple without core 5 g
- goat cheese pyramid 5 g
- mix salad 2 g
- beet salad dressing with cheese 15 g
- balsamic 3 g
- sherry 3 g
- honey 3 g
- olive oil 5 g
- corn oil 3 g
Cooking
Step 1
Put a mix of salads in a semicircle on a large flat round plate, put beets, apple slices, avocado slices on it, pour dressing thoroughly, put cheese on top with three dumplings.
Step 2
To prepare the dressing, gently whisk together the oil, honey, sherry and balsamic and pour over the salad.
