Rustic potatoes with vegetables and chicken

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • potatoes - 10-15 pcs.
  • frozen vegetables - 100 g
  • tomato - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • chicken breast - 2 pcs.
  • dried basil - 1.5 tsp
  • dried marjoram - 1 tsp
  • dried oregano - 1.5 tsp
  • fresh parsley - 2-3 bushes
  • green onion - 2-3 bushes
  • salt to taste
  • hard cheese - 50 g

Cooking

Step 1

Peel 10-15 small potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place on an oiled baking sheet.

Step 2

Top with frozen vegetables and diced tomatoes.

Step 3

Cut carrots into strips and add to potatoes.

Step 4

Rinse 2 chicken breasts and cut into cubes. Add to baking sheet. Add spices, salt and mix everything. Grate some cheese on top. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. at 200 degrees.

Step 5

For 10 min. until the dish is ready, sprinkle it with fresh herbs.
