Rolls with cranberries and goat cheese

Ingredients
Servings 10-12 servings- 0.25 red onion
- vegetable oil - for frying
- brown sugar
- 150 g cranberries
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 50 g hard goat cheese
- 200 g (0.5 pack) puff pastry
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the onion, chop very finely, mix with lingonberries, crumbled cheese, sugar, salt and pepper. Roll out the dough, cut into squares, cut each square diagonally to make triangles. Put 0.5 tsp on each triangle. lingonberry filling and roll into rolls. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or pan with a thick bottom and high edges to 180ºС. Fry the rolls until they turn golden. Place on paper towels to drain grease. Serve warm.
