Rice porrige

Rice porridge is a great breakfast option for both weekdays and weekends.

Ingredients

  • round grain rice - 50 g
  • vanilla sugar - 5 g
  • sugar - 5 g
  • butter - 10 g
  • water - 100 ml
  • milk - 120 ml
  • salt - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Pour rice with a small amount of water (it should cover the rice by about 1 cm), put on medium heat, bring to a boil and stir so that the rice absorbs water, but does not burn.

Step 2

When the rice has absorbed water, add milk in portions, each time allowing the porridge to boil, and the rice to absorb the liquid. When the rice is soft, add salt and sugar. Before serving, add butter to rice porridge.
