PP cottage cheese pancakes
Cottage cheese PP cheesecakes are not only healthy, but also very tasty, so even if you do not adhere to any food system, cook them just for fun. By the way, they are especially recommended for children, as they are not fried, but baked in the oven. The composition of the curd “dough” for pp-cheesecakes includes a banana, which is responsible for the sweet taste and additionally “links” all the ingredients together. Therefore, products will definitely not fall apart. And it should also be noted that these cheesecakes are gluten-free, that is, they can be recommended for people with digestive problems.
Ingredients
Servings 2- banana - 1 pc.
- fat-free cottage cheese - 300 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- oat bran - 20 g
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients for the dish. Wash and peel the banana. Cut into thick circles, transfer to a bowl and mash with a fork to make a puree of a uniform consistency.
Step 2
Rub the cottage cheese through a fine metal sieve into a bowl. You can additionally pierce it with a blender to make the product very tender. Thanks to this, the cheesecakes will turn out even more delicious.
Step 3
Combine banana puree with cottage cheese, eggs and oat bran. Mix thoroughly. Leave for 15 minutes at room temperature. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 4
Heat the oven to 180°C. From the resulting curd “dough”, form small cakes and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Step 5
Bake the pancakes in the oven for about 40-45 minutes. Carefully remove the syrniki from the baking sheet onto a plate and serve topped with natural yoghurt, soft cottage cheese or chopped fruit.
