Potatoes with vegetables

This dish can be prepared at any time of the year, and the products are the most common and probably in every home.

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • green beans - 200 g
  • peas - 150 g
  • corn - 150 g
  • potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • green
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.
  • zira, turmeric, dried marjoram - a pinch each

Cooking

Step 1

Peel potatoes and cut into medium pieces, boil until tender. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot. Sauté onions and carrots in olive oil.

Step 2

Add beans, cook 5-10 minutes. Add remaining vegetables, spices and soy sauce. Warm up.

Step 3

Serve with greens. Enjoy your meal!
