Potato salad with smoked meats

Ingredients

Servings 4 servings
  • 100 g pitted olives
  • red onion - 2 onions
  • bacon
  • 200 g semi-smoked sausage
  • 1 st. l. sunflower oil
  • 200 g smoked sausages
  • 4 large potatoes
  • salt

Cooking

Step 1

1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, boil in their skins until tender. Allow to cool slightly, peel, coarsely chop and place in a bowl. Pour 4-5 tbsp. l. olive brine. Stir, cover with cling film and let stand for 10 minutes. in a warm place. 2. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Cut olives, sausages and sausage into circles, bacon into thin strips. 3. Heat up the pan. Fry the bacon until cracklings. With a slotted spoon, transfer the greaves to a separate bowl. 4. Fry the onion in the same pan, 3 minutes. Add sausages and sausage, cook over high heat, stirring constantly, for another 2 minutes. Put in a bowl with potatoes, add olives. Salt if necessary. Mix. Sprinkle with bacon and black pepper on top. Fill with sunflower oil.
