Pizza "Yolochka"
Ingredients

- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- yeast - 1.5 tsp
- mayonnaise - 4-5 tbsp. l.
- pitted olives - 10 pcs.
- doctor's sausage - 100 g
- hard cheese - 80 g
- ketchup - 2 tbsp. l.
- sweet red pepper - 1/2 pc.
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare the dough in a bread maker. Put the ingredients for the dough in the bread machine in the order indicated: water, flour, salt, sugar, olive oil and yeast. Turn on the dough mode, my dough is cooked for 1 hour. Take the dough out of the mold and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a triangle (I used half of the cooked dough), put it on a greased baking sheet and then use a knife to cut a Christmas tree out of the dough. Lubricate the dough with ketchup. Cut the doctor's sausage into cubes and put on a layer of ketchup. Lubricate the dough with mayonnaise, distribute the mayonnaise evenly.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and put it on the Christmas tree in an even layer. Cut the olives into circles, sweet pepper - into cubes. Put sweet peppers and olives in the form of beads and balls on the Christmas tree. Decorate with mayonnaise using a cooking syringe. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
