Pie "Useful"

Baking can be not only tasty, but also healthy. This recipe does not contain the usual wheat flour, eggs and butter.

Ingredients

  • whole grain flour 200 g
  • oat flour 80 g
  • brown sugar 50 g
  • cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • soda 1 tsp
  • vanillin 1 g
  • kefir 400 ml
  • apple 100 g
  • raisins 40 g
  • 40 g
  • powdered sugar 1 tbsp

Cooking

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients.

Step 2

Add kefir and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

We clean the apples and do not cut them coarsely, my raisins and dry them, and cut the dried apricots.

Step 4

Add to dough and mix.

Step 5

Grease the form with oil and pour the dough. Bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.

Step 6

Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy your meal!
