Pears in chocolate
Pear and chocolate, even individually, contribute to the production of the hormone of happiness - serotonin. Can you imagine what they can do together?
Ingredients
Servings 2 servings- dark chocolate - 100 g
- sugar - 50 g
- 100 g ice cream ice cream
- 2 large pears
- 20 g butter
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the pears, leaving the stems. Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan and dissolve the sugar in it. Boil the pears in the syrup for about 20 minutes until they are soft. Take out, dry and set aside.
Step 2
Evaporate the syrup by half and melt the chocolate broken into pieces in it. Add oil, mix to get a homogeneous mass. Remove from fire.
Step 3
Divide ice cream into 2 servings and put in pre-chilled bowls. Place the pears tail-side up on top, drizzle with warm chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
