Panic Tikka Cheese Tofu Baked with Bell Peppers
Ingredients
Servings 4- 500g tofu (preferably pressed)
- 120 g tomatoes
- 160 g sweet pepper
- 10 g minced garlic
- 10 g grated fresh ginger
- 6 g turmeric
- 5 g ground chili pepper
- 50 g vegetable oil
- 15 g mustard oil
- red onion for serving
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the tofu into large cubes or sticks. Cut the tomatoes into slices, pepper into squares. Mix with remaining ingredients, let steep for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Fry cheese and vegetables in vegetable oil in a pan or bake in the oven until golden brown. Arrange on a plate, alternating cheese and vegetables. Serve sprinkled with thinly sliced red onion.
