Pancakes with ricotta and banana
Pancakes are an American version of pancakes for breakfast. This option is not classic, but one of the variations of these plump and mouth-watering pancakes. Great breakfast option.
Ingredients
Servings 4- ricotta - 250 g
- flour - 150 g
- milk - 150 ml
- egg - 4 pcs.
- banana - 1 pc.
- sugar - 4 h. l.
- salt - a pinch
Cooking
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until doubled in volume.
Step 2
Whisk the banana and ricotta separately. Add to egg mixture and mix.
Step 3
Add milk and stir, gradually stir in the flour.
Step 4
Fry pancakes in a lightly oiled pan. As soon as the top starts to bubble, you can turn it over. Serve with any sweet sauce or syrup of your choice.
