Open sandwich with slightly salted herring, mixed salad and fresh cucumber sauce

Servings 1- Ingredient Weight (net, gr) Baguette 100 gr. Fresh cucumbers 20 gr. Cream cheese 10 gr. Mayonnaise Hellmann's 10 gr. Lightly salted herring 50 gr. Mix salad 10 gr. Olive oil 5 gr.
Cooking
Step 1
Fry the baguette in a pan. Puree cucumbers (de-seeded and skinned), cream cheese, Hellmann's dill mayonnaise in a blender until smooth. Spread the sauce evenly over the finished baguette, top with the herring. Next to the salad mix.
