An omelette, Champignon, Mozzarella

Omelet with salmon

Ingredients

  • chicken egg - 3 pcs.
  • cream 33% - 50 g
  • salt - 3 g
  • mozzarella cheese - 50 g
  • vegetable oil - 15 g
  • smoked salmon - 30 g
  • champignon mushrooms - 30 g
  • cherry tomatoes - 10 g
  • arugula salad - 10 g

Cooking

Step 1

Mix eggs, cream, grated mozzarella cheese, salt in a bowl. Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan. Then add champignon mushrooms and smoked salmon. Fry until golden brown.

Step 2

In mushrooms and salmon, add kneading for an omelet. Bring to readiness.

Step 3

Put the omelette on a plate. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and arugula.
