Omelet with salmon
Ingredients

- cream 33% - 50 g
- salt - 3 g
- mozzarella cheese - 50 g
- vegetable oil - 15 g
- smoked salmon - 30 g
- champignon mushrooms - 30 g
- cherry tomatoes - 10 g
- arugula salad - 10 g
Cooking
Step 1
Mix eggs, cream, grated mozzarella cheese, salt in a bowl. Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan. Then add champignon mushrooms and smoked salmon. Fry until golden brown.
Step 2
In mushrooms and salmon, add kneading for an omelet. Bring to readiness.
Step 3
Put the omelette on a plate. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and arugula.
