Omelet with bacon and onions
Ingredients
Servings 1-2- 2-3 slices of bacon
- 1-2 green onions
- piece of butter
- 2 large eggs
- 6 art. l. low-fat cream or whole milk
Cooking
Step 1
Grill or fry 2 or 3 thin slices of fat-streaked bacon until crispy. Lightly fry the finely chopped green onions in plenty of butter, then add the eggs and fry, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Carefully transfer the finished omelet to a buttered slice of mixed cereal bread and top with bacon.
