Niçoise with tuna and artichokes

Ingredients

  • mayonnaise - 15 g
  • chicken egg - 0.5 pcs.
  • canned anchovies - 2 g
  • worcester - 1 g
  • tabasco - 0.5 g
  • canned tuna - 15 g
  • arugula - 15 g
  • corn - 15 g
  • lolo rosso - 10 g
  • cherry tomato - 30 g
  • Taja olives - 10 g
  • quail egg - 2 pcs.
  • marinated artichokes - 30 g
  • fresh tuna - 100 g
  • vitello sauce - 20 g
  • olive oil - 15 g

Cooking

Step 1

For the vitello sauce: beat mayonnaise, egg, anchovies, tuna, worcestershire and tabasco with a blender until smooth.

Step 2

Pre-fry the tuna and boil the eggs. Pour the vitello sauce on a plate, put the mixed lettuce leaves and herbs, fried tuna and marinated artichokes on top. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, olives and quail eggs.
