Niçoise with tuna and artichokes
Ingredients
Servings 1- mayonnaise - 15 g
- chicken egg - 0.5 pcs.
- canned anchovies - 2 g
- worcester - 1 g
- tabasco - 0.5 g
- canned tuna - 15 g
- arugula - 15 g
- corn - 15 g
- lolo rosso - 10 g
- cherry tomato - 30 g
- Taja olives - 10 g
- quail egg - 2 pcs.
- marinated artichokes - 30 g
- fresh tuna - 100 g
- vitello sauce - 20 g
- olive oil - 15 g
Cooking
Step 1
For the vitello sauce: beat mayonnaise, egg, anchovies, tuna, worcestershire and tabasco with a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Pre-fry the tuna and boil the eggs. Pour the vitello sauce on a plate, put the mixed lettuce leaves and herbs, fried tuna and marinated artichokes on top. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, olives and quail eggs.
