Nectarine dessert with ice cream
Ingredients
Servings 4- sealer 500 g
- nectarines or peaches 4 pcs.
- rum or liqueur 50 ml
- lemon juice 3 tbsp. l.
- crushed ice 1/2 tbsp.
Cooking
Step 1
Peeled fruits of nectarines (you can use peaches), together with lemon juice, chopped mint, beat until smooth in a blender. Add crushed ice, rum and 400 g of ice cream to the blender bowl - beat the mixture again.
Step 2
Cool the glasses and pour the cocktail into glasses. Cut the rest of the ice cream into cubes and place on top of the glasses and serve. You can add pieces of peaches, mint, nuts.
