Nachos
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 200 g freshly frozen green beans
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- salt
- red onion - 1 onion
- large tomatoes
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- 200 g corn chips
- 1 st. l. sliced jalapeño pepper
Cooking
Step 1
1. Defrost beans, finely chop. Wash the tomato, cut into small cubes. Wash sweet pepper, remove seeds and stalk, cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop very finely. Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the prepared vegetables and fry them for 2 minutes; remove from fire. 2. Add taco sauce, chopped jalapeno peppers to vegetables, salt, mix. Sprinkle the finished sauce with chopped herbs to taste. Serve with corn chips.
