Mushroom salad
Ingredients
- lemon juice
- garlic - 2 cloves
- 200 g mozzarella
- salt
- 500 g champignons
- 6 Art. l. olive oil
Cooking
Step 1
Cut mushrooms into thin slices, finely chop the garlic and mix with mushrooms. Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and pour mushrooms. Finely chop the cheese and add to the salad. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
