Munich sausage salad
Ingredients
Servings 4- 180 g Munich sausage
- 120 g Riesenburg sausage
- 240 g Emmentaler cheese
- 160 g leafy salad mix
- 160 g pickled cucumbers
- 160 g salad dressing
- 150 g red onion
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 40 g of daikon
- 20 g of green onions
- ground paprika to taste
- 100 g vegetable oil
- 15 g white wine vinegar
- 15 g balsamic vinegar
- 10 g Dijon mustard
- 10 g red onion
- 10 g pickled cucumber
- 25 g dry white wine
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare the dressing by blending all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Cut a few slices of sausage for garnish. Cut the remaining sausage, cheese, pickled cucumber and red onion into strips. Mix with dressing, stir. Add salad mixture and place on a plate. Garnish with sausage slices and thinly sliced daikon. Sprinkle with green onions and paprika, garnish with cherry tomatoes.
