Munich sausage salad

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • 180 g Munich sausage
  • 120 g Riesenburg sausage
  • 240 g Emmentaler cheese
  • 160 g leafy salad mix
  • 160 g pickled cucumbers
  • 160 g salad dressing
  • 150 g red onion
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 40 g of daikon
  • 20 g of green onions
  • ground paprika to taste
  • 100 g vegetable oil
  • 15 g white wine vinegar
  • 15 g balsamic vinegar
  • 10 g Dijon mustard
  • 10 g red onion
  • 10 g pickled cucumber
  • 25 g dry white wine

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare the dressing by blending all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Step 2

Cut a few slices of sausage for garnish. Cut the remaining sausage, cheese, pickled cucumber and red onion into strips. Mix with dressing, stir. Add salad mixture and place on a plate. Garnish with sausage slices and thinly sliced daikon. Sprinkle with green onions and paprika, garnish with cherry tomatoes.
