Mint chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients
- flour - 150 g
- cocoa - 30 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- bitter chocolate - 60 g
- mint - 4-5 sprigs
- sugar - 180 g
- butter - 80 g
- egg - 2 pcs.
- powdered sugar - about 100 g
Cooking
Step 1
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft, at room temperature.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 3
Finely chop the mint leaves and grind with sugar so that the sugar is saturated with mint juice.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa and baking powder.

In another container, beat the butter with mint sugar and eggs into a lush foam, add the melted chocolate, mix until smooth.

Gradually add flour mixture, mix until smooth. Remove for an hour in the refrigerator.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, line a baking sheet with baking paper. Using two teaspoons, take the dough and spread it on the powdered sugar. Roll in powder and form into a ball.
Step 8
Spread on a baking sheet at a certain distance from each other, they will increase in volume. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and cool on a baking sheet.
