Milk noodles

Milk noodles only at first glance seem to be a very simple and unsophisticated dish. If the chef takes it, it can show itself from the other side, especially if the truffle is at the same time with the chef.

  • milk - 40 g
  • fresh frozen peas - 10 g
  • truffle paste - 5 g

Cooking

Step 1

Add the noodles to the simmering chicken broth and bring to a boil, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 2

Add milk and green peas, boil a little and add truffle paste at the very end. Add salt and sugar. Put on a plate and garnish with grated truffle.
