Marinade for barbecue with Provence herbs
The same meat acquires a completely different taste, being put in different marinades. Experiment, try, come up with your own recipes!
Ingredients
Servings per 1 kg of meat- 1 large tomato
- 2 cm fresh ginger root
- 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Art. l. dry Provencal herbs
- 3 garlic cloves
- 0.5 st. l. salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Finely chop the tomato and peeled ginger. Pour into the skillet 2 tbsp. l. oil, put Provence herbs, garlic and tomato. Heat, stirring, 5 min. Cool down.
Step 2
Mix the mass from the pan with the remaining oil. Rub the meat with salt and pepper, put in the marinade, close and marinate from 2 hours at room temperature to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
