Ingredients
Servings 4- marbled beef - 1 kg
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- salt - 4 pinches
- ground black pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the meat into portions of approximately 250 g across the fibers.
Step 2
Rub with salt, pepper and drizzle with oil.
Step 3
Bake in a multi-oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Serve immediately with fresh vegetables or grilled vegetables.
