Lula kebab in bacon from the oven

Such a simple dish is sure to warm you up on cold winter evenings and decorate any table.

Ingredients

  • minced beef - 600 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • seasoning "for kebab kebab"
  • salt to taste
  • onion - 3 heads
  • s / c bacon - 1 pack.
  • water (moisten hands when sculpting)
  • lard or fat tail - 250 g
  • skewers - 6 pcs.

Cooking

Step 1

Scroll beef in a meat grinder along with lard.

Step 2

Salt to taste, add salt, seasoning and egg. Knead minced meat.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and add to the minced meat.

Step 4

Mix thoroughly again. Mince loves attention.

Step 5

Moisten your hands with water to mold the cradles and string them on skewers. Distribute the stuffing in such a way that excess air comes out.

Step 6

Wrap each lule with a strip of bacon.

Step 7

Line a baking sheet with parchment and lay out the cradle.

Step 8

Bake at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes. Top and bottom heating without convection.
