Light salad with herring and apples
A light seasonal salad with herring, apples, arugula, beets and sun-dried tomatoes for a healthy lunch. This simple recipe will be a great addition to the collection of those who follow a healthy diet. The original dressing will add a piquant flavor to the salad. Ingredients
Servings 1- Apples - 150 g
- Sun-dried tomatoes - 60 g
- Beetroot - 250 g
- Herring fillet - 150 g
- Arugula - 70 g
- Olive oil - 30 g
- Rosemary - 2 g
- White wine vinegar - 10 g
- Horseradish - 10 g
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the beetroot and apple into thin slices. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into large pieces.
Step 2
Place the arugula on a serving plate and top with the chopped ingredients.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a separate container.
Step 4
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and add a layer of herring on top.
