- milk 3.2% - 2 l
- kefir 3.2 % - 2 l

Step 1
Bring the milk almost to a boil, pour in the kefir. As soon as the mass curdles, remove from heat. The mass should not boil. Let's cool down. We filter.
Step 2
We shift the cottage cheese into cheesecloth and put it under oppression for a couple of hours.
