Herring salad with seaweed

Ingredients

  • salted herring (fillet) - 200 g
  • seaweed - 250 g
  • daikon - 250 g
  • pickled soy asparagus - 150 g
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • ground paprika
  • salt

Cooking

Step 1

Cut herring and asparagus into small pieces. Place in a salad bowl.

Step 2

Grate the daikon. Add to salad.

Step 3

Add seaweed to salad.

Step 4

Prepare dressing from lemon juice, oil, salt, paprika. Pour over the salad. Enjoy your meal!
