Herring salad with seaweed
Ingredients
Servings 6- salted herring (fillet) - 200 g
- seaweed - 250 g
- daikon - 250 g
- pickled soy asparagus - 150 g
- lemon - 1 pc.
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- ground paprika
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Cut herring and asparagus into small pieces. Place in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Grate the daikon. Add to salad.
Step 3
Add seaweed to salad.
Step 4
Prepare dressing from lemon juice, oil, salt, paprika. Pour over the salad. Enjoy your meal!
