Green salad with nuts and raisins

Ingredients

  • green onion - 1 bunch
  • salt
  • raisin
  • 500 g fresh spinach
  • 50 g peeled hazelnuts
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 3–4 cucumbers
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Cooking

Step 1

1. Wash the spinach, put it in a colander, place it over a pot of boiling water for 1 minute. Then place the spinach on paper towels. 2. Rinse the raisins, pour boiling water over them and leave for 10 minutes. Wash lettuce leaves, pat dry and coarsely chop. Coarsely chop the spinach. Wash the cucumbers, thinly cut into circles. Chop the nuts with a knife. 3. Wash green onions, dry, finely chop. Drain the raisins into a colander. Heat up in a skillet 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Fry green onions, raisins and nuts in it for 1.5 minutes. In a salad bowl, mix spinach, lettuce and cucumbers. Season with onions, nuts and raisins. Salt, pepper. Add the remaining oil.
