Green salad with carrots and oranges
Ingredients
Servings 4- 200 g lettuce mix
- 2 medium young carrots
- 2 oranges
- curry powder
- 4 Art. l. olive oil
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Using a peeler or regular grater, shred the carrots.
Step 2
Cut the peel off the oranges along with the white part so that the flesh is visible. Cut the fillet into slices between the films, cut each fillet in half.
Step 3
Mix the carrots, oranges together with the extracted juice and a couple of pinches of curry powder. Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place lettuce leaves in a bowl. Add carrots with oranges and dressing, stir and serve immediately.
