Green pea pate

Green pea appetizer is not only tasty and healthy - it pleases the eye with its bright and appetizing color. Serve with biscuits and chips to meet friends, season spaghetti or eat just like that!

Ingredients

  • green peas (frozen) - 1 tbsp.
  • walnuts - 50 g
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Throw frozen green peas into boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Rinse with cold water. You can do this in the microwave.

Step 2

Puree green peas, garlic and nuts in a blender until smooth. Salt, add olive oil and beat again. Enjoy your meal!
