Fried shrimp in Korean
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 5 g soy sauce
- 800 g shrimp
- garlic - 5 cloves
- 100 g of green onions
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- 3 g salted sesame
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the shrimp, cut large ones in half. Peel and chop the garlic and onion.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and then the shrimp. Fry 4-5 minutes. over high heat, stirring occasionally, adding soy sauce and garlic. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before finishing cooking.
