Fresh burger
Ingredients
- minced beef - 150 g
- iceberg lettuce - 20 g
- tomatoes - 50 g
- pickled cucumbers - 15 g
- red onion - 20 g
- BBQ sauce - 40 ml
- mustard sauce - 20 g
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Mix beef with salt and pepper and grill on both sides until medium.
Step 2
Arrange lettuce leaves, thinly sliced pickled cucumbers, tomato rings and red onion in turn. Place a hot cutlet in the middle, lay out onion rings, tomatoes, pickled cucumber slices.
Step 3
Cover the burger with lettuce and garnish with mustard sauce. Season with BBQ sauce.
