Fish baked in horseradish
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 400 g of carrots
- salt
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- butter - 1 tbsp. l.
- feel sick
- 2 tbsp. l. spicy horseradish
- 2 tbsp. l. cream with 20% fat
- 600 g halibut fillet
- 1 tsp white pepper
Cooking
Step 1
1. Mix horseradish with cream and white pepper. Salt to taste. 2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the fish, cut into portions, roll in flour. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the fish in it for 1 minute. from each side. Transfer to a baking dish, pour in the sauce. Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. 3. Prepare a side dish. Peel the carrots and cut into cubes. Heat up butter in a saucepan. Fry carrots 10 min. Serve with fish.
