Eggs stuffed with chicken and vegetables
Ingredients
Servings 6- 6 boiled eggs
- 2-3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sweet chili sauce
- 150 g boiled chicken
- half a medium carrot
- 1/3 stalk celery
- 3 chives
- 2 Art. l. grated hard cheese
- parsley leaves for serving
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the eggs and cut in half. Put the yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork with mayonnaise and hot sauce. Chop the chicken very finely. Grate carrots on a fine grater. Cut the celery into small cubes. Finely chop the chives.
Step 2
Add vegetables and chicken to yolks, add cheese and stir. Fill egg halves with mixture and garnish with parsley.
