Dumplings in sweet pepper sauce
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 4 yellow sweet peppers
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- butter - 1 tsp
- 150 g radiccio lettuce leaves
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- 0.5 l vegetable broth
- 120 g pesto sauce
- 240 g prepared dumplings
- juice of 0.5 lemon
Cooking
Step 1
Remove seeds, stem and skin from peppers. Transfer to a blender, add olive oil, broth, lemon juice and herbs, chop and beat, rub through a sieve. Warm the dumplings in butter. Put lettuce leaves on a plate, dumplings on them, pour over the sauce.
