Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 400 g minced pork
  • 1 egg
  • 3 slices white or whole grain bread
  • 5-10th century l. milk
  • 1 st. l. mayonnaise
  • 1.5 bulbs
  • salt, black pepper to taste.

Cooking

Step 1

Transfer the minced meat to a bowl, add the egg.

Step 2

Soak bread in milk until soft. Onion cut into cubes.

Step 3

Add onions, softened bread, mayonnaise and spices to minced meat. Mix minced meat until smooth.

Step 4

Let the mince brew for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil. Form cutlets from minced meat and fry until cooked on both sides.
