Cupcakes with a heart

I really liked how these cakes look... Recipe María Lunarillos.

Ingredients

Servings 12
  • flour - 120 g
  • egg - 2 pcs.
  • cocoa powder - 60 g
  • butter - 120 g
  • granulated sugar - 200 g
  • milk - 180 ml
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
  • vinegar - 2 tsp. l.
  • room temperature butter - 50 g
  • curd cheese - 140 g
  • powdered sugar - 40 g

Cooking

Step 1

Pour the vinegar into the milk and let stand for 10 minutes. I have apple cider vinegar.

Step 2

Prepare all ingredients. Add baking soda and baking powder to flour.

Step 3

Beat butter and sugar on high speed. Beat 5 minutes. Next, add 1 egg at a time, beating well each time.

Step 4

Sift flour and cocoa into the dough. And mix at low speed until the flour and cocoa are completely dissolved.

Step 5

At the very end, add milk with vinegar. And mix everything well.

Step 6

Put in molds and in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Step 7

Refrigerate cupcakes. Cut off the top carefully with a knife. She might break. Remove it and cut out a heart. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.

Step 8

For cream, mix cold curd cheese, butter, room temperature and powdered sugar. Add dye.

Step 9

Spread cream over cupcakes. The cream must be laid out beautifully, otherwise you will have to level it later. Put the top on top. And press gently. Everything you can eat.
