Crispy spicy chicken with couscous
Tender chicken with crispy spicy crust, couscous with aromatic herbs and pomegranate
Ingredients
Servings 5- chicken legs - 1 kg
- flour - 100 g
- ground paprika - 1 tsp
- dried garlic (powder) - 1 tsp
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- frying oil - 200 ml
- couscous - 350 g
- dried basil, oregano, thyme - 1 tsp
- salt pepper
- pomegranate seeds - 4 tbsp.
- olive oil
Cooking
Step 1
For breading, mix flour, salt, paprika, red pepper and garlic powder. Roll the chicken in breading and fry in oil in a well-heated deep frying pan on both sides.
Step 2
Put the chicken into a baking dish. Put in the oven for 30 minutes (200 gr). Cook the couscous according to the instructions, adding a little olive oil, herbs and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Put couscous, chicken on a plate, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
