Crepe cake with curd cream and berries
He is graceful, handsome and very attractive. With such a crepe cake, you can go to visit, and host people dear to your heart.
Ingredients
Servings 8-10- 20–25 lightly sweet non-yeast pancakes with milk, 22–24 cm in diameter
- 0.5 kg of cottage cheese with a fat content of 18%
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 150 ml cream with 33% fat
- 200 g berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pitted cherries)
Cooking
Step 1
Beat cottage cheese with a blender with cream and 2/3 of powdered sugar until smooth.
Step 2
Set aside some of the berries for decoration, beat the remaining berries with the rest of the powdered sugar.
Step 3
Spread each pancake first with berry puree, then with curd cream.
Step 4
Spread the top pancake (and the edges, if desired) with cream and garnish with reserved berries and fruits. In the middle, you can lay out a layer of whole or chopped (if it is strawberries) berries.
