  • crab sticks - 50 g
  • crab meat - 50 g
  • cream 33% - 7.5 g
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • lolo-rosso - 25 g
  • Dutch sauce - 30 g
  • poached egg - 1 pc.
  • broccoli - 35 g
  • fresh tomatoes - 30 g
  • fresh herbs for garnish

Cooking

Step 1

Scroll the tiger prawns, crab sticks and crab meat through a meat grinder, then grind in a blender. Add eggs and cream and stir until smooth. We form sausages and boil until tender.

Step 2

Put ready-made sausages, poached eggs, blanched broccoli, fresh tomatoes on a dish and pour over hollandaise sauce.
