Cottage cheese and rice casserole with apples and goji berries

Sweet cottage cheese and rice casserole with apples and goji berries is a great option for an afternoon snack or breakfast on a day off.

Ingredients

  • apples 3 pcs.
  • rice "Kuban" 0.3 tbsp.
  • curd mass 200 g
  • chicken egg 1 pc.
  • sugar 1 tbsp. l.
  • vanilla sugar with natural cinnamon 1 tsp.
  • cane sugar 3 pinches
  • goji berries 0.25 tbsp.
  • butter 5 g
  • breadcrumbs 0.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Step 2

Pour boiling water over goji berries for one minute, rinse with cold water.

Step 3

Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Step 4

Add curd mass. Mix.

Step 5

Add cooled rice and goji berries. Mix.

Step 6

Place in a greased and lightly sprinkled with breadcrumbs baking dish.

Step 7

Arrange thinly sliced apple slices on top. Sprinkle with cane sugar.

Step 8

Put the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake until tender, about 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
