Cottage cheese and rice casserole with apples and goji berries
Sweet cottage cheese and rice casserole with apples and goji berries is a great option for an afternoon snack or breakfast on a day off.
Ingredients
- apples 3 pcs.
- rice "Kuban" 0.3 tbsp.
- curd mass 200 g
- chicken egg 1 pc.
- sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- vanilla sugar with natural cinnamon 1 tsp.
- cane sugar 3 pinches
- goji berries 0.25 tbsp.
- butter 5 g
- breadcrumbs 0.5 tbsp. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over goji berries for one minute, rinse with cold water.
Step 3
Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add curd mass. Mix.

Add cooled rice and goji berries. Mix.
Step 6
